Melbourne to The Grampians via The Great Ocean Road – Three Day Tour

Come and experience the Great Ocean Road and the12 Apostles in luxury. Join us as we enjoy one of the world’s most spectacular coastal drives in the comfort of one of our vehicles along roads that weave through pristine bushland and along Victoria’s rugged coastline. We start the morning with a drive through Melbourne and over the Westgate Bridge for some amazing views of our beautiful city. After leaving the city we head to Geelong where we take in the water front views of Geelong, our first stop is for Breakfast or Coffee/ Tea (own expence) in the coastal town of Torquary and visit the famous Bells Beach.
As we head to the famous Twelve Apostles you will enjoy the views of The Great Ocean Road and come close to Kangaroos , Koalas and Australian native birds along the way. We have short stop in Apolo Bay before we head to the Otway Tree Top Walk Experience. We then head to Port Campbell National park where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking helicopter flight (own expence) over the Twelve Apostles and Lochard Gorge or explore the area by the many walk ways which are fantastic also. Day Two: Port Campbell to Halls Gap, 235 Kms
We start day two with an early morning drive to Lochard Gorge before breakfast for those who would like to be up early. After breakfast we are off to the Grampians National Park and on the way we will visit London Bridge, Bay of Islands and check out the Whales at Warrnambool
The small township of Halls Gap is located in the heart of the Grampians National Park.
The Grampians are one of Victoria’s most impressive natural attractions, popular with bush walkers and holidaymakers seeking a mountain forest and lake environment. The Grampians span the western end of Victoria’s Great Dividing Range, which consists of soaring mountain peaks, rugged and lush bushland, rivers, waterfalls, and a number of large lakes. The Grampians National Park covers 167,000 hectares and is home to hundreds of species of native animal life. Spring time sees the area covered in colourful wildflowers, while waterfalls flow at their peak at this time of year. A myriad of walking tracks exist in the area, many leading to spectacular lookouts over the park and surrounding ranges. Lake Bellfield, just a few kilometers south of Halls Gap, offers picnic areas, swimming and boating activities.
Day Three : Walks & visit sites around the Grampians National Park
In the afternoon on day three we will head back to Melbourne
With this tour option we take in the spectacular views of The Twelve Apostles at Sunset and Sunrise.
